You are welcome to bring your walking aid (e.g. wheelchairs, canes, walkers) to join our tour as we offer first-floor wheelchair accessible routes or elevators where available. If you need anything else, just let our team know on the day and we will do our best to support.

Please note that some tour locations have restrictions on motorized mobility aids in our Fulfillment Centers. To confirm if the site your are interested in visiting can accommodate your mobility aid, or for other accommodations please submit a request here ahead of booking.
