We now offer the option to book private group tours at limited tour locations. Private tour schedules will be listed next to the calendar for each site, if available. To request a private tour, please submit a Help Center request form to get started.
Private tours can be booked within the same quarter as the date of request, up to three months in advance. Private tour dates and times cannot be adjusted from what is listed on our website.
Each private tour includes:
- Dedicated tour guide
- Standard tour route and content
- 60 minute experience
- Minimum of 10, maximum of 25 guests
If you are seeking a date outside of our available registration period, have a group smaller than 10, or are requesting tour customizations, your request may be denied.
Groups larger than 25 must book across multiple tour times to accommodate the entirety of their group.

Please note that our In-Person Tours have a capacity limit of 12-25 guests per tour, dependent on location.
New tour sessions are posted monthly, up to one month in advance. Please check back mid-month for updated availability.
For school groups interested in tour experiences, we recommend checking out our Amazon Future Engineer program. This program offers student-centered content, content for teachers, and on-demand virtual interactive Kahoot! tours that may be better suited for class times or larger student groups.
