Our fulfillment center in Baltimore, MD (BWI2) is a robotics sortable facility. In these centers, associates ship items smaller than a conventional microwave alongside robots.

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow extra time for finding parking. After arriving to the campus, follow the road towards the green Duke’s Realty Water Tower and park in the lot where the water tower stands.

The parking lot entrance gate on Holabird Avenue will be closed between 7:45AM and 5:00PM. During these hours, please enter via the Broening Highway Entrance, where a security guard will be on duty to open the vehicle gates. Pedestrian gates at both entrances will stay unlocked at all times for those using public transportation.

After parking, enter through the door marked "West Entry" and your Tour Guide will be ready to check you in.
