Location Details

Our fulfillment center in Pontiac, MI (DET3) is a robotics sortable facility. In these centers, associates ship items smaller than a conventional microwave alongside robots.

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes early to find parking. At the traffic light, turn off of Featherstone Rd. and take the first right into the easement. Proceed to the Guard Shack and stop at the gate arms. Once there, use the intercom to let the security guard know that you are visiting for a tour. Once through the gate, proceed to park in any parking spot that is available. Accessible parking is located towards the front of the building.

After parking, please head towards the building and enter through the large Main Entrance under the blue smile. At the Reception window, let us know that you are here for a tour and your Tour Guide will be ready to greet you.

Additional Details

Many of the signs around the building say 1220 Featherstone Rd. (the Recruiting office), but it's recommended to use 1200 Featherstone Rd. with GPS systems. The addresses are both in the same building, but tour guests will use the Main Entrance.

This facility has a secured parking lot. You can enter at the Guard Shack near the light on Featherstone and Bay St. If entering at the Featherstone light, it will be your first right. If coming from Opdyke Rd., it will be the last left turn before the Featherstone light. You will need to check in with the security guard and let them know you are here for the tour.
